Shipping Rates
We ship all orders via standard carrier. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- Up to 0.5 lb — $7.20
- 0.5 lb to 1.5 lb — $7.20
- 1.5 lb to 3 lb — $9.28
- Over 3 lb — $12.00
Please note: these are our general shipping rates for the United States. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND HANDLING BEFORE SHIPMENT.
ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE MODIFIED, CANCELED, OR EXPEDITED.

DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO CARRIER ISSUES, WEATHER, LOGISTICS DISRUPTIONS, OR OTHER FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
BY PURCHASING, YOU AGREE THAT SHIPPING DELAYS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CHARGEBACKS.
TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY:
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK TRANSFERS TO THE CUSTOMER.
ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER, IT IS CONSIDERED SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED.

ALL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER.

TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR TRACKING AND ENSURE AVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN ACCURATE AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS.
IF AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS IS PROVIDED:

ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING ARE ASSUMED BY THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.
